Why it Matters?
Regardless of your political affiliation, January 6th has been used to set a precedent to how the Federal Government can act and react to it’s citizens. There will be more to come on this, but I wanted to share a little bit about our own individual experience with you.
-Multiple federal officials have labeled Taylor, and those involved with January 6th, as domestic terrorist- the ramification for this are huge.
-While Taylor was awaiting trial Wells Fargo shut down all of his bank accounts, business and personal.
-Lyft ride share service notified us, through letter, that Taylor was not able to use their services any longer (he was never a driver, only a passenger).
-Taylor was put on some sort of airline list, that when he would fly he was not able to print off his boarding pass. He had to go to the airport and notify the airlines that his boarding pass would not print. At this point the airlines would call homeland security, who would then clear him so that he could be on the flight. Then they would swab every single thing that Taylor had in his carry-on luggage and do the most invasive search of Taylor himself. They followed him with US marshals around the airport. When he boarded the plane EVERY SINGLE PERSON on the flight had to have their hands swabbed. He has no idea how or when he was put on this list and he has now idea how to get off of it, or when that would even be.
What Can I Do?
One of the biggest things we can do is write to your congressmen. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and the more people they hear from, the more likely a change would happen. A sister of mine asked us to write out some of the things we see that a person could research and write to their congressman about- this is what we have come up with.

These points are just suggestions. Please look into what you think is important and accurate and share those things with your representatives. Here are some possible things to write about, pertaining to the January 6th 2021 prosecutions:
Dear [Congressman or Senator] (Insert Name)
I am writing to let you know …..(your thoughts about January 6th 2021 prosecutions).
It has been 3 years and there are STILL active investigations and arrests happening. Why has congress continued to fund this travesty of justice?
Why are MainStreet Americans, who attended the J6 rally, their spouses and children being added to the quiet skies watch list? Do you have oversight of the agencies that run this program? What have YOU done about it?
Are you aware hundreds of defendants were charged with simple misdemeanor trespassing or parading charges AND the sole Felony USC 18 1512 “Obstruction of Congress” charge? Would that practice not potentially make thousands of otherwise peaceful protestors felons, simply by being on Capitol grounds?
Is it not curious why the individual (on camera) removing the “snow fencing” used to protect the ‘construction’ of the inaugural scaffolding has not been arrested? Did this ONE man not create a scenario where thousands of unsuspecting rally goers were unaware they were trespassing, and potentially subject to felony charges?
Have you asked the Capitol Hill Police, Metro Police or other agency tasked with crowd control why they did not “declare a civil disturbance” in a loud, audible manner PRIOR to deploying crowd control munitions? Is it not standard practice and protocol to allow law abiding citizens the opportunity to vacate an area where a “riot” or “civil disturbance” has been declared? Why had YOU not asked this question?
Do you find it curious the infamous Ray Epps was only charged with 1 single misdemeanor (after 2+ years), when Ryan Damsel and James Grant standing on his left and right were charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors, held in pre-trial custody and were prevented from asking about Ray Epps? Is it not curious he touched the “sign” being passed overhead which caused numerous to be charged with felonies and he was not? Have you been relentless in why Ray Epps IS clearly receiving special treatment?
Have you asked specifically WHO authorized the “Ghost Buses” as exposed by Representative Clay Higgins on the record in a congressional hearing? Have you asked if even ONE of the passengers on those buses acted in a way to provoke riotous behavior? If you have not, why not?
Why is the Department of Justice and Joint Terrorism Task Force allowed to violate the attorney-client privilege, as exposed in Judge Kelley’s courtroom? Has Judge Kelley been called into Congress to explain why he allowed D.O.J. and J.T.T.F to monitor pre-trial detainees’ legal phone calls and spy on a defense attorney’s email account? Does this behavior NOT concern you?
Are you aware that J6 defendants in custody of the DC DOC are denied video chats with family, even though the infrastructure was installed for those visits? Does this not constitute “unusual” punishment?
Why do you continue to fund the FBI and J.T.T.F. when they continue to violate MainStreet Americans 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th Amendment protections? If you do not protect MainStreet America’s rights at all times, then who will? What will YOU do about this?
Are you aware judges continually and repeatedly add months or years to sentences if J6 defendants refer to their prosecutions as political? If J6 is referred to by the left and right side of the ‘political spectrum’ as ‘political’ why would this be a factor at sentencing?
January 6, 2021 was a sad day for our country, but what has been more sad is the continuous travesty of justice and violation of prosecutorial norms EVERYDAY since then. What do YOU plan on DOING about it?
