One of the Worst Political Weeks

All,
This last week has been one of the worst weeks ever–yes, one of the worst weeks in living memory. Yes, if you were an incumbent, trying to run for a re-election (a step up promotion), this would be considered one of the worst weeks ever.

A report by Immigration Customs Enforcement detailing that there are 400,000+ known convicted criminals from other countries that have been paroled into the US, walking free. Amongst those number: 13,000+ Murderers and 13,000 Sex Crimes…Stunning when you break this number down by state, and even by county…Yes, if I was in charge of the boarder over the last 4 years, it would be normal prohibitive to continue in office, let alone seek a re-election (promotion).

Then there was a hurricane. The US government was caught totally flat footed. The hurricane was devastating,  already the most deadly in our lifetimes. Now reports are coming out that FEMA and the US Government are preventing private citizens from distributing relief efforts. Hospitals are unable to respond to the people needing assistance. There have yet to be updates from whole communities that have been cut off. Videos of people losing loved ones have surfaced, and while all this destruction was going on, the President was sitting on a beach in Delaware. Then the VP, who seeks re-election (promotion), offers a FEMA check of $750…that you have to apply online for. Yet, there is no power or internet and the Government is blocking StarLink… hmmm. This on the backdrop of pictures posted by her campaign ‘busy’ making calls with ear buds, that are not plugged in. On top of that, FEMA announces through DHS that they are out of money…why, because the FEMA funds were tapped to pay for the migrants that the US paroled into the country…you know like the ones eating pets (allegedly, lol) in Springfield.

Then there is a Port Strike all along the East Coast, one in which the administration will not step in to stop. This will go on for who knows how long. And after a few weeks prices will inevitably rise and some items will not be available that are normally imported. The timing couldn’t be worse. Normally, this particular regime considers itself pro-union, but at one particular strike site, every union worker on the picket lined who was asked who they were voting for said they would not vote to re-elect (promote) the incumbent seeking re-election…In their view, the current administrations policies caused the conditions that lead to the strike.

Then there was a VP debate…Normally these VP debates don’t ‘move the needle’. And this one probably won’t either, except on the margins. The problem is, this election is either going to be a total blow out (highly possible) or it could come down to a few thousand voters, in 2 dozen counties. The challenger to the incumbent was painted as ‘weird’ and ‘radical’, but he handled himself so well, many focus groups made up of independent/uncommitted voters said almost unanimously that they would vote for his running mate– and were excited to potentially vote for him in 2028! Total disaster! On top of that, the incumbent’s new running mate was confronted on a bold face lie, involving being at the democracy protest in Tiananmen square in China…he lied about it, said he misspoke. Then repeated the lie about it, saying he learned from being there?…By the way, doubling down on his fondness for China– does there need to be much more said?– very bad look.

Then, our closest ally in the middle east, Israel, while seemingly standing alone and dealing with a arms embargo by this current administration, and constant calls for ceasefire (even though there are still hostages being held by opposing forces) have executed a very precise military campaign blowing up pagers and radios and targeted hits on their northern enemies top leaders, WITHOUT telling this current administration about it- because of the lack of support. Then they are attacked by a ballistic missile attack by Iran, demonstrating decisively, that Iran has been behind both Hamas and Hezbollah- and this administration is very flat footed on how to respond.

Then, Russia, has advanced and taken over major cities in Ukraine, a non-ally proxy we have been funding for years now, which is bewildering…

Then a personal scandal has broken out about 2nd Gentlemen, potential 1st Gentlemen hitting an ex-girlfriend in public…Mind you, this story came out in the largest newspaper/news website on the planet…

Yes it’s been a rough week. Too bad most the media won’t report in detail on each of these scandals. Instead, this news cycle, we will rehash a perfectly timed unsealing of reworded fillings by Jack Smith, trying to do mental and legal gymnastics and breaking with court room procedural norms in his J6 Case against the Former President.

If only we had a Peasants Perspective and had clear eyes on what has happened all in the course of the last week– if only.
