My heart is breaking for one of my friends. Due to a call out not being printed out, he missed a few callouts on a new system and it put him in refusal status…He was supposed to go home in like 4 weeks, and just lost all his good time. His out date is now October next year. The prison seems unwilling to correct the mistake. My heart is hurting because it is so simple. The guards say they didn’t print the callouts out, and yet, he is losing a year…My heart breaks.
Have you checked bop.gov to see if my outdate has moved form Jan 22, 2030, I want to make sure I am earning time.
